The Start! Virtual Heart Walk is connected to the Start! Heart Walk, the American Heart Association’s premier fundraising event with the goal of helping individuals improve their health while they simultaneously raise funds to help fight cardiovascular disease and stroke. Unfortunately, Start! Heart Walks do not occur in every city across America. But it is important to the American Heart Association that all Americans have an opportunity to participate in the Start! Heart Walk in some way. Therefore, the Start! Virtual Heart Walk tool was created!
If there is not a local Start! Heart Walk near you, The Start! Virtual Heart Walk is the way to go and was actually developed with you in mind! It is an easy and fun way to make a difference by raising funds for American Heart Association online.
