When you sign up your school for Hoops For Heart, your school is loaded into our our online fundraising tool so students can sign up under their school's online team to make their fundraising web pages. If you have not received your login information to access your online school team's HeartQuarters information in your inbox or if you have questions, please contact your American Heart Association representative or contact your local American Heart Association affiliate using the toll-free support number provided below.

We have made it easy for you to tally up your students’ thank-you gifts and donation totals from your Hoops For Heart event! Please use our electronic banking form that will automatically calculate your totals. Please Note, this form is in Microsoft (MS) Excel and will open on PCs and Macs with the MS Excel software. Instructions are included on the first worksheet tab. Click on the appropriate version to download and save it on your computer.

Did you receive additional student donations after you sent in your initial batch of school donations and order forms to the American Heart Association? If so, simply click here to download the Additional Money Banking form where you can order additional student thank-you gifts. Be sure to mail this form in with your additional donations in the additional reply envelope provided in your Event Coordinator Folder. If you should need an additional reply envelope, please contact your American Heart Association representative.
