Tom Walker worked in the family business until his father passed away, and along with his brothers built upon his father's legacy to create Walker Corporation; a metalforming and assembly company in Ontario, CA. Tom served on the Board of Directors and worked closely for both Spring Manufacturer's Association (SMA) as well as the Precision Metal Forming Association (PMA) for more than 30 years. He was recently recognized for his 30 + years of dedicated service to the SMA. Tom worked with local high schools and community colleges to provide technical assistance and training for vocational programs. An outdoors enthusiast, Tom was known for his humor, a great smile and compassion. Tom loved to spend time fishing and with his grandchildren. He touched the hearts of everyone he met. He will always be remembered as a loving husband, son, brother, business owner, leader, mentor, and friend. The world has lost a truly great man whose legacy will live on in the hearts and minds of all who knew him.

I was sadden to hear the news of Tom's passing. I will always remember his cheerful hello's and good bye's when he was leaving the lobby. My heart goes out to the Walkers.
